Your invitations will be unlike anything your guests have ever seen. We go beyond the basics by getting to know you and the heart of your wedding. We aim to be a part of your love story, creating something as unique and special as your big day. Our sophisticated approach is tailored for the authentic, modern, and fun-loving couple who cherishes the finer details. What Makes Us Different

The process

After booking your venue, it's time to start planning your invitations. We schedule based on your wedding date, and with our design and production process taking 8-10 weeks, contacting us early helps guarantee your spot in our limited availability.

01 Inquiry

You’re ready to collaborate with a stationer to create something truly special for your event. Begin the process by filling out our inquiry form.

02 Questionnaire

If your date is available, we’ll send over a detailed questionnaire via email to collect your information and better understand your vision before preparing a custom proposal for you.

03 Package & Proposal

After you’ve returned the completed questionnaire, you’ll receive a detailed proposal within three business days, based on the information provided. We will provide you with a custom design board featuring ideas and inspiration for your suite, along with three package options at varying price points. You can take your time to review, ask questions, and decide which package you’d like to begin with. There’s no pressure to finalize upgrades or design choices right away—we’ll navigate this process together, and you can make adjustments as we go. After you choose your package, you can secure your spot on our schedule and kickstart the design process with a 50% retainer payment and signed contract. Cheers! Let the fun begin!

04 Design Process

The design phases are planned according to your wedding timeline:

Save the Dates are scheduled 12 months ahead
Wedding invitations 6 months prior
Day-of stationery and signage 3 to 4 months before the big day

In each phase, we’ll touch base throughout to refine ideas and plan the next steps. You’ll receive forms to gather all the necessary details and digital proofs to ensure everything perfectly reflects your vision.

05 Production

After your designs are approved for print, production and assembly will take 4-6 weeks before they are ready to ship to you. 


THE INVESTMENT

Each custom package includes your choice of a personalized artwork. Whether it's a watercolor venue illustration, pet portrait, crest, or line art, we’ll bring your vision to life.
Bespoke Artwork 
The minimum investment to work with us is $3,500, which covers all the pieces and services mentioned above. On average, our clients' final budgets after upgrades are around $4,500. Please submit an inquiry to receive customized packages tailored to your needs and desires. We would be delighted to help you maximize your budget and create an unforgettable invitation suite!
Once you've booked, you'll receive a welcome box complete with a full sample kit, showcasing our premium papers, envelope colors, ribbon samples, and all the print methods we provide!

Your invitation suite includes five pieces: the invitation, RSVP card, details card, plus the RSVP envelope and outer envelope. We'll guide you through etiquette and wording to make the process stress-free! Your details card can be a map, weekend itinerary, or anything else we envision together.
A Custom 5-Piece Invitation Suite

No need to spend hours hand-writing your guests' addresses. We custom design your envelopes to perfectly match your invitation suite and take care of all the addressing for you – including guest addresses, return address, and RSVP envelope printing.

Our custom packages include unlimited design revisions to ensure your invitations are perfect. We’ll collaborate closely with you, providing digital proofs throughout the process so you’ll have a clear vision of your suite before it goes to print.
Design & Proofing
We’re committed to ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed, so we handle the assembly and deliver your invitations directly to you, fully prepared to be sent to your guests. It’s the ultimate white glove experience—no need to lift a finger. We've got everything covered!

If you're exhausted from endless scrolling through generic invitations,
it's time to discover something truly unique.

We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Orders within the continental U.S. usually arrive within 7-10 business days of shipping. Rush shipping is available upon request for additional cost.  Due to the custom nature of printed stationery, we do not offer refunds and returns are not accepted. 

how does SHIPPING & returns/cancellations work?

Your invitation cards will arrive unassembled.
We can assemble your invitations for an additional fee; please inquire for details.
We do not offer mailing services.

Do you offer assembly & mailing?

Clients are 100% responsible for proofreading all wording. We are not responsible for errors approved by clients. If you receive an incorrect print that does not match the proofs you approved, we will correct the error and provide complimentary reprints.

DO YOU PROOFREAD ALL WORDING PRIOR TO PRINTING? 

Yes, we provide one digital proof via email. Clients have 2 days to confirm final revisions. We allow one complimentary revision before we send it off for printing. Additional revisions are +25/per. 

DO YOU PROVIDE PROOFS PRIOR TO THE FINAL PRINT? 

It varies.
Depending on what the Newspaper will be used for
(ex: save the date vs. wedding invitation, etc) As a general rule, we recommend ordering your invitations as soon as you know your wedding date!

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER THE WEDDING NEWSPAPER?

The Wedding Newspaper costs are highly variable and dependent on a number of factors, such as the quantity, the design elements, embellishments & shipping. Please submit an inquiry for a custom quote.
